Required Skills:

3. Willing to work with 24x7 shifts
4. Candidate should be Proficient in MS Office
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Description:
1. They have to communicate the customers through email & Web service request.
2. Follow defined procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements
3. Providing Support to agency and underwriter
4. Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA
5. Ask and resolve customer/agency/underwriters queries
6. Endorsement processing and calculating its impact
