Education Qualification: Applicants must possess MBBS/ PG in relevant discipline from recognized university with Registration at Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
Application Fee: Rs.75/- for SC/ST Candidates and Rs.150/- for remaining category candidates. Applicants have to pay Bank Charges in the form of prescribed challan form available at below link, payable at any branch of State Bank of India, A/c No.31650243410.
