Indian Navy has recently announced the notification for final year Engineering Students to join as commissioned officers under University Entry Scheme. This is the good opportunity for candidates who wish to become a part of Indian Navy. Indian Navy invites only Applicant who are pursuing their Engineering Final year.
In Indian Navy applications are invites only unmarried candidates and who full filled eligibility condition of Nationality as laid down by the Government of
India for grant of Permanent Commission (PC) in Executive (GS) and Short Service Commission (SSC) in Executive and Technical Branches of the Indian Navy under University Entry Scheme (UES), for course commencing June 2015.
After completing the selection process the training is tentatively scheduled to commence in Jun 2015 at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala. Other details of Indian Navy Selection Process, Education Qualifications of various posts are given below.
Note :- 1. Do not apply the candidates who have already completed BE/ B. Tech.
2. Candidate must have minimum of 60% marks in overall aggregate on completion of BE/B Tech.
3. Candidates who have failed in PABT (Pilot Aptitude Battery Test) earlier are not eligible for the Pilot entry.
4. Candidates are not Studied M.P.C group at Intermediate (10+2) level those candidates not eligible for UES entry.
5. Technical Branch candidates as mentioned above at Ser. No. 6 & 7 can also be allotted Air Technical Specialisation and will be appointed as Air Technical Officers by IHQ MoD(Navy).
6. Candidates having backlog in any semester at the time of SSB interview are not allowed to attend the SSB.

Selection Process: The eligible candidates applying for the Naval Campus Selection Team for interview. The candidates who are qualifying the campus interview will be shortlisted for SSB interview on the basis of his/her preference to
the entry. The final selection of Branch/Cadre will be decided by IHQ-MoD(Navy) depending on number of vacancies in particular Branch/Cadre.
Candidates shortlisted during campus interview will be called for SSB interview at Bangalore/Bhopal/Coimbatore/Visakhapatnam between Dec 14 to Apr 15.
